Web UI That Has PHP Intellisense?

I am so used to Visual Studio 2008 and having Intellisense for my ASP.NET apps. I am now learning PHP and I was wondering what web UI out there will allow me to use Intellisense for PHP similar to what Visual Studio 2008 does for ASP.NET / VB.NET?

there are a lot of desktop apps. dreamweaver has good syntax highlighting, eclipse php, zend studio... and many other tools....
