Hi guys , i dont understand when a hosting company says 200k visitors/month , what that means? if i get 300k what will happen?

They either take your site down the moment you hit the limit (temporary suspend you, lifted on a new billing month)
or they charge you extra per additional visitor

because shared hosting is shit for established sites with lots of incoming traffic
Your site will crash or load super slow under heavy load, so they don't really care about bandwidth limits.

Or the estimate is just a prediction of how much can the hosting bandwidth withstand and if you get more traffic the website will be slow and give out 5xx responses

I would say that is wrong parameter at all. I mean your Wordpress might have different content in terms of "weight" (like text content only vs content with image and videos). In this case the same amount of users will cause different bandwidth usage and your site might go down even before it reaches 200k visitors.
So you need to specify bandwidth limit in MB or GB instead of asking for limits in visitors.

The truth is that you can never attain 200k traffic Monthly except you want to spam.

200k traffic? It is estimative, they can handle more or less that depends on their resources.
In such cases, if you have more than 200k it can handle or can be suspended until you upgrade.

For websites with 200k you should use Dedicated Servers or VPS.

If, thank the gods, you expect 200k visitors per month, shared hosting is not for you. Go for VPS atleast.

No doubt, VPS will work fine for your needs. Try centohost.com VPS in Europe. The price is very reasonable compared to other hosts I've seen.

Go with VPS like everyone said, Shared Hosting is shared and resources are limited, you may get suspended...

Alexhost.com have 11.88€ Yearly VPS with 1.5GB RAM won't be enough, but you can choose at least 8GB RAM.
