I want an attractive web layout/landing page that is able to get a series of inputs and compile them into a database. For example: Name Email compiles into a database for me to view Is there a free php form wizard kinda thing that I can use and place on top of an attractive web layout/landing page.I have the html form and the php form but I dont know how to link them so that it puts it all into a csv txt or even emails them to me

I'm not quite sure what you are asking but if you want a form on your landing page I normally use a html form on my landing page (styled with CSS) and then use php to process the variables and enter them into my database with SQL.

If you already have the html code for your landing page and the php code for the form just make sure that your landing page has the .php file extension, enter your html and then place your php where you want it on the page between some <?php ?> tags.

Jotform.com is the answer, you create your forms, and add to your webpage through a javascript code. When someone submit a form you get that data in your email in seconds.

    Very useful for me.
