Looking for a web designer to clone

2. Employer registration module

4. CV search module
5. Jobs by email ... etc, so that you can replicate everything as on that website.

I want the clone to work as the original. You do what it takes to make it work like the original. So you may want to check out how the original works and decide how to go abt it.
