web designer for simple job

Hi,

Im looking for a web designer for my page. I have it in my head, but Im unable to make it real

So basically I would state my idea, trying to make as much as possible regarding layout, background, style, text and your task would be to make it in code.

Not so big project, main page with two subpages.

Right now Im not sure about reward, so please make your offers.
