    Hi there,

    I own a web design/ digital marketing agency. I’m thinking of implementing a system to organize everything from Client info, project info, project management( assign tasks to employees), domain & hosting renewal notices, invoicing etc. Can anyone recommend me a ready made script? Thank you!

    Im not sure a script is what you need, I think you need some collaboration tool of sorts.......we use Microsoft Teams, it allows you to have a team / project in which you can track tasks, create meetings, calendars, reminders. It's also free to use so might be worth a try

    Hello! I agree with Meedle, you are looking for collaboration software and Monday.com is one of them. Monday lets you handle most of the tasks you've mentioned. For more advanced usage e.g. invoicing you can check more complex tools like Paymo or Teamwork Projects.

    That`s a quite lovely option for small teams, I`ve never thought about, for 1-3 guys should be enough. Better than general chat systems and endless share file between co-workers. Thanks for the tip!

    I have actually started using this recently and building it up with info. and I must say I have done a lot of research and after confliction b/w bitrix24 and perfex I choose perfex as for starter since it is open source and we can develop it further as per needed.
    Bitrix24 is also a good option it has cloud platform and self-hosted too, cloud is free up to 5 GB and self-hosted has 3 variants with different pricing.

    You can actually have a lot of members in this program, for eg an agency of 150 can work together with ease and you can have all the client info say you have 500+ clients.

    IMO and my research for the same I found perfex suitable for the web agency.
