web.com..following rules or was cheated

    hi, guys
    just making this complaint here becos am not happy about it

    late 2013
    i got myself a 0.99 hosting for a month on webs.com
    so after i gave the necessary details on my debit card the said amount was deducted from my account
    my original plan was to how to use wordpress for a month and to also see the possibilities of using their service

    web.com require that you sign an authorization document which i got to see about i week later
    these document is to be downloaded from their website,signed and faxed back to them,which i never did till the 0.99 cent
    was returned to my account a week later
    i got busy with other things as i had other emergencies coming up so i couldn't continue with the process

    the problem
    about a month later web.com deducted 14.99 from my card .and this got me angry because have not signed their authorization documen
    prior to this, i had tried cancelling the account a day before but wasn't allowed to login in on mobile

    (this was becos i always get mails form an automated system of the status of the transaction that couldnt be process due to insufficient funds in the account as at then)

    i wrote their support on the same hosting platform later, but was told to make a call before i can cancel my account

    i made the call but the lady at the other end was laughing and telling me she couldnt hear me(i could hear her clearly)

    i tried callng some other times but i was put through to the finance department which put me on hold till my phone credit got finished

    i mailed again through the hosting platform but never got reply form them

    now 14.99 dollars may not be much in so many countries but that could feed an individual for 2 days in my country

    i had to stop puting in money into the account as i was still getting their mails till telling
    me their system is not able to deduct money from my account for a service i dont use

    i am requesting that web.com returne the said amount and cancell my account on their system
