Your post is confusing. At first, you're saying your blog continues to get deleted and then you're asking "Is there any site out there that delete the site/blog?". It sounds like you're looking for an alternative so that your blog "doesn't" get deleted but you're asking for other sites where your blog would be deleted.

Anyways, I did a search for you and found this:

I'd also suggest you find the reason behind why your sites get deleted in the first place.

I'm sure if the big 3 delete your sites, others will too.

    Keep us updated.

You should also want to remember that some niche / keywords are very prone to deletion even from a very tolerating web 2.0 sites.

Another factor that adds to the rise of deleted web 2.0 blogs is a very aggressive and dickhead competitors. Thy will flag and report your blog continuously until it is deleted.

There's a good chance your competition is reporting your blogs whenever they get a chance.

I've had similar problems in the past as well.

I never had any problems with neither of those 3 sites deleting my blog. Are you sure you followed their guidelines/finished their blog creation process? Even my blog backlink (meaning I made the blog threw some content, it went live and I haven't touched it since) is still online.
