    Currently I'm building a site's backlinks via:

    1. backlink blasts > web 2.0 > my website
    2. PBN > my website

Do you think (assuming there are no obvious footprints), these 2 methods listed above are the best?

I of course also use Twitter/Facebook/Pinterest/Google Plus etc to send social signals to the site.

I know the ultimate method is for people to naturally link to you and there be no need to do any Black Hat methods, but I'm referring to giving the website a jumpstart and getting it ranking for easy keywords which in time will help build the site naturally.

Would you send social signals to the web 2.0s as well? Do you think there's any benefit of that, assuming the web 2.0 content is well written and of interest to the social media followers?

If your PBN looks legit and you didn't leave footprints, then that should work.

If you used Gmail, or the Chrome browser, or analytics/adsense/maps or anything made by Google then you're already outed and that won't work.

I'd be using a PBN service on here, so wouldn't initially be setting one up myself.

Do you think social signals to anything other than your own website is worth it? I've done the odd tweet to educational work on a few of my web 2.0 articles, but wondering if that would just help the ranking of that web 2.0 pages and not help my main website at all.

Social Media does nothing for SEO in my experience, i rarely integrate social media sharing buttons on my web 2.0 or PBN
and they do just fine with the linkjuice they already have, can they do better with social media? maybe but the whole thing of maintaining several social media accounts its too confusing to me, i prefer only link power, PBN with unique content, videos, images, facebook comments maybe

One thing I have noticed - a lot of social media traffic means there's more chance of people linking to the webpage/website. But this is actually on my main website, not a web 2.0 (still - the same applies).

    1) Someone shares one of my articles on their Facebook
    2) It goes viral
    3) People bookmark it, post it on forums, link to it from their own blog/website etc, and you get 'link juice'

So even if there's no direct bonus for having 'Social Signals' it can still help having sharing buttons for the above reason. Simply because more people are seeing it and then linking to it naturally.

This has happened to me in the past and noticed fresh backlinks being added because of it.

With you logic If anybody use Chrome browser, or analytics/Adsense his website will be caught :D

OP is saying he is making good quality PBN so there is no issue at all. Google don't have time to track every PBN activity with Chrome etc.

Best method is ""1. backlink blasts > web 2.0 > my website""
