    Hi

I was just going through some of the links SER has created and on a few of them, there is a notice that says the page will not be available publicly until it's been approved. BUT here is the thing: it IS available publicly. I have logged out, cleared cookies, and I can still access the page.
Then I built some backlinks to it using blog comments a few days ago but the page has not been indexed. SER says the page is indexable.

what does all this mean? Will the page get indexed?

maybe google has not crawled it yet. do you use a link indexer service? you could also try sharing the page on facebook or twitter to try to get google to index it.

Wait for some days and you will see the results if the pages are indexable
