Web 2.0 property indexed but not showing at WMT or any backlink tool

    Hi, i built some property, my rank went up, but i cant see those links showing at wmt or ahrefs.com even though they are indexed. I wonder if it went up cause of it or some guest post i did recently. :confused:

    I've seen so many threads about this already! Forget about WMT and backlink tools! If you create a link and it gets crawled/indexed, it counts towards your website. Period.

    I agree as long as it's indexed it counts....

    Could just be that the separate indexes of those tools hasn't updated since the link was indexed in Google. All of google's properties work on a bit of a different schedule so WMT may not have picked it up yet.

    WMT is not real-time, and does not pick up every single link you build/get indexed. Nothing is perfect, but just because its not in WMT doesn't mean Google hasn't noticed.
