I want to be able to create networks of web 2.0s with 100% unique manually written content.

But to create and track such a large amount of web 2.0s efficiently I need a way to manage them.

Is there a software package out there which can create accounts and add content across a wide range of web 2.0s.

I want to be able to create web 2.0s easily and feed the software the content for each web 2.0 without having to navigate their website like i do currently.

Would really appreciate anyone who can point me in the right direction.

I will have a software out shortly that can do all that and more.

It will work with ~100 Web 2.0 platforms
It will support random usernames and remember them for you.
It will solve captchas, spin your content and a lot more.

PM me if you want to be a beta tester.

If you want ultimate control of how you post, get Zennoposter. Steep learning curve but you can do anything you want with it.

Otherwise, you could just hire an VA(virtual assistant) to do the signing in and out, but automation would be better.
