I have read that Google does not give much weight to links found on new Web 2.0 sites. Some of mine are nearly 3 months old now.
When I go to G Webmaster Tools I don't even see any of the links in the "links to your site" area.

Is this normal, or should they be there but not have much power?

Web 2.0s still work pretty decent for me. Their power is not what they used to be, but there is always some slight boost, especially if you use expired ones. Plus, they are great for diversity.

I am honestly not sure whether or not to pay any attention to GWT nowadays, because that stuff is so random, that I can't make my hand around it.

How many links should I build. I have probably pointed about 10 links to each page using other Web 2.0s and Articles and Wiki.

I didn't want to build too many but not even being noticed is not good.

    So

What kind of support do I need to give to my Tier 1 backlinks? and how fast can I give it to them?

Oh, they are do follow according to Scrapebox and the few I checked were "indexed"

10 links from not-exactly-amazing sources is not enough. Try some cheap PBNs and you might get somewhere.

Can I just hammer it with some links from SEO Store Panel (SSP). That is where i got the articles and wikis from. The web 2.0s I built with AutoFill Magic.

What if I send a mix of profiles, articles, forum profiles, etc.
Say 10 links per Tier 1 URL a week for about 4 weeks. Or can I send 50 links per week for 4 weeks? or what is too much? (you can sechedule the links so I can do any routine that will help me win)

    and thanks for helping.

All the Web 2.0 tier 1 links were created with AFM and are on sites that I am adding pages to. So the Tier 1 are all active sites.

Can anyone tell me if that Seo Store Panel has a decent reputation. I have liked them but I don't know much.

(or maybe the mix of all those articles and profiles is not good for Tier 2, maybe I should stick with something better, but what?)

OP, for you to verify your links, try checking it with another tool like Ahrefs or Majestic.
