Web 2.0 for busines

Hey guys,

I've been lurking on the thread for a few months now ! I've been learning a lot thanks to you. However I two questions in mind.

What are your thoughts about web 2.0 in 2018 ? Do you think it will stay relevant ?

Have you ever applied web 2.0 to your main business ? My boss wants me to rank quickly for a bunch of new domains, and I'm still hesitating between using only white hat SEO or trying to do some web 2.0

What do you think ?

Using web 2.0 as a main business is amateurish beyond imagining. Everytime I see something like that, I close the window immediately. It screams "lack of professionalism".

SEO wise, yes, they will always be relevant.

And you can't rank quickly with white hat SEO. You most likely won't rank quickly with whatever SEO at all.

First of all forget about ranking quick - get that notion out of your boss’ head because it’s not wise trying to rush seo.

Second, I do agree with @Nargil you don’t want to do the typical automated 10 x web 2 + 3 tiers etc.

But you could build some decent web 2.0s and use them as a buffer for slightly bh links. For example pick 5 topics related to your biz, start up 5 web 2.0s one on each topic and get in house content for each prop. Build them like real money sites. Then you can link to, and rank, these sites then you have some powerful links for your money site. And full control over those links as well.

I absolutely agree with you . SEO wise!! I'm still using Black Hat SEO natural as Black White SEO, I got great results for now

I have been trying to find out from Google directly if it would be a violation if you kept the links no-follow and didn't hide the fact you owned them.

You need to look at SEO from a diffeent way to get anything out of seo from a legit business website.

I strongly suggest the social marketing websites to promote your boss business with a new business website.

There thousands of daily new startup business making huge money from social status from web 2.0 engagment .

1. Make a Web 2.0 Network as a part of a business
2. Get some High PA profiles (Twitter/Tumblr) and connect them.
3. Think and Use it for the SEO

I would use them as part of a business. Like Pinterest, there's a lot of people loyal only to their favorite 2.0 for all their cyber needs.
