What are people using to make great web 2.0 sites? Is AutoFill Magic still the best way to get a computer assistance in creating hand made web 2.0s?
Or is there something new on the market?

AutoFill Magic doesn't help to make web sites. Neither 1.0 nor 2.0. It helps to fill the fields automatically.

I was one of the earliest customers of Senuke and still had a free VIP lifetime account with them. It was working so well 2, 3 years ago. But the bugs and the lack of maintenance of the scripts made me stay away from it. Then I tried FCS Networker, which I had 2 lifetime accounts, which I sold. At first it worked great but went down hill quickly (still the lack of script maintenance which led to very low success rates when it comes to posting - Account creator (which is an UBot custom bot) is so so. I think the reason is the owner sold it to another guy after grabbing all the money from lifetime accounts)

Currently I settled with RankerX and am still using it (having 500K accounts in total now). The success rates and the number of quality sites are great. The UI is similar to Senuke so I feel like home.

AFM is still good, I use it often and it works great. Gives you lots of control.

You don't think automatically filling in fields is helpful in creating good Web 2.0 sites?

I am happy with AFM, but sometimes it won't fill the title or text fields too easily. That is why I am wondering if there is anything else. I am up for a renewal, I only have the yearly license, so I thought I would check the competition. But it looks like it does not have any.

I have used Ultimate Demon and RankerX but I want real control over the quality of my sites. I would rather have 10 good (and permanent) sites than 250 mass produced ones
I only make Tier 1 sites with AFM, I use SEO Store to do the rest of the backlinking.

Although its lacking in a fair few areas I have to give a + 1 to RankerX.

I know this is a dead-ish thread but honestly, RankerX is by far the best I've used in my whole life, tried Senuke, GSA & plenty others but none can even get remotely close to RankerX. Hell, not even GSA with the 15$ addon for web2.0s can build half the Web2.0's that RankerX can
