Dont stick a link in any web 2.0 to your main for a couple of weeks at least, make sure it is indexed then write 5 articles and place a backlink in one of them. Keep updating the web 2.0 with fresh content and add links every 4 or 5 articles pointing to various pages on your site. Vary your anchors and also add the occasional link to an authority site.

No need to sticky anything, be very careful not to place too many links back to your site. Use social signals to your web 2.0

Good advice posted above, also just don't post all the links to your sites in web 2.0. Link to couple of authority sites as well. Add some images/videos as well.

Everyone has its own strategy but it always depends on your budget and how much quality you want. I use buffer web 2.0 if the work is quality.

The algorithms have tons of issues and there are tons of ways to do it right. While some might tell you something is great, other strategy might just be as good or even better.

Your best bet is to try, test and analyze the results with your own eyes.
