Has anyone ever recovered their account after receiving this message? I've already answered all the questions they had and they said in an email that they respond within 24hrs but that was on Saturday...

Edit: What's the longest you guys have waited for a response?

It depends on your account. Just wait for response.

I'm pretty sure I know why they paused the account. It's because I didn't use the same IP I used to first register my CC. It wasn't my fault though because I have a dynamic IP and my router randomly reset.

What email address did you send your email to?

Well, it's been 4 days and they still haven't responded so I'm just going to assume they won't.

Did you upload your real ID card (be it a passport, driving license etc), or a fake one ?

You will most likely never recover it. Usually that message comes with a similar message in an email that states 'This decision is final'.

I was never asked to upload an ID card. It's only my ad account that's disabled, I can log-in to the Facebook account fine.

Yeah, they usually send a followup email but I haven't received any (still). It's been 7 days now.

have you recovered your fb ad account? i got the same issue, but just coz i'm using a vpn, while my payment country is another one. hence similarly as your situation: ip change. i got their reply pretty soon(around 5 hours), though i uploaded my correct photo id, they still replied they can not reactivate my ad account.
