The headline says it all. A short google research brought only "impossible" and similarly useless answers. There is a conspicuous demand, so it is done somehow. The question is how. Let's collect a few ideas and strategies! What I am planning specifically has to be completely white hat, legit and unsuspicious in case the fiscal office finds out and wants to take a closer look. So no shady bitcoin dealers or betting providers, no fake accounts, also no risk if not absolutely necessary. But I am basically open for every interesting solution, maybe it's of value another time or for another user.

I knew about some websites where people are selling and buying money, for eg:

You put your MB money there, and you ask for paypal money instead.

Don't know how it works, and forgot the websites, but it was just a thought. And from what I know, it is a bit risky :)

there are ways to transfer the currency. a lot depends on that amount you wish to transfer. there are many websites out there that deal in e-currency exchange, although it is hard to find legitimate brokers.

i am a member on various auction sites that work exactly like facebookcpa said, and all legitimate brokers will normally charge you a fee. Going rate at the moment is about 1.10MB for 1.00 PayPal (if you are selling MB).

send me a message and i'll be more than happy to provide you with a list of sites, brokers, middle man, escrow services that deal in e-currency exchange.

but please understand that it is risky, no 100% guaranteed solution

This operation is normally done through "exchangers", who are people that will accept your Moneybookers balance and give you PayPal, or viceversa; be aware that they normally charge some fees for that kind of transactions. I know two or three forums where this is done and, although is always risky, generally they are reliable.

I am not sure if I can post those forums names here but you can PM me if you wish to have them.

I've done a few PP<>MB/skrill exchanges over the years, sometimes with people I 'know' online and sometimes with complete strangers. After a series of hassle-free exchanges where I wasn't even asking for a profit, I started to get ripped off. It happened three times on the bounce so I stopped doing it.

Not helping you much, I know. One thing you can do is deposit via one source into a gambling site and then place a few bets, then withdraw to the other ewallet.

Yes, that's how I'm doing it at the moment. Theoretically it could even save me taxes (wins from gambling are tax exempt here, so I just have to hedge stakes against each other until the clean one wins), but as I have a tendency to unresponsible and impulsive gambling, far more money goes lost on the way than statistically necessary. I need another channel than this.

I took a look at the black market money exchangers and no, just no. That's not even an option. Even without including the risk of a ripoff, their rates are ridiculously high. I'm trying to keep up a legit business here, so I don't want me in their bank statement and I don't want them in mine. It's only a question of time that law enforcement starts to ask questions about them. Not me.

Tried it already. Paypal doesn't accept this card.

They accepted my MB card on my PP account. I haven't tried to 'fund' my PP account with MB but I can 'send' money from my PP account to someone else's PP account, and 'pull' the funds from my MB card.
