I've found a very good "cheap auto insurance" (Usa) offer to promote which pays about 6$ per signup. It's a non-incentive CPA offer. Which are the best ways to promote it? I'm brainstorming on creative ways to promote it, thank you.

CPC may be the best way to get targeted lead to this kind of offer. Of course you can try to find some keywords to SEO but this niche seems very saturated.

Yes, maybe it's really saturated this niche, I could try to find leads where people search for jobs/deals online or craiglist and offer them cheap auto insurance etc

Be careful using CL leads for cpa offers.

A lot of networks frown upon this type of promotional method.

Yes mate if I remember it's esurance from cpa lead offer! :) Is it a legit company which pay for leads?

Of course they are a legitimate company, and they pay. I'm not their member, because I would simply promote non-incent offers in predictable ways to incent customers. That said, for you - it's probably best to go ahead and try to run with this offer - I think the point of this is to OFFER an INCENTIVE to get someone to click the lead. How you promote it is up to you, but the great thing about these incent offers is you can create your own landing pages where you offer the incentive as long as they complete the offer.

A lot of people use a content locking solution with passed variables to ensure the offer is completed, and then they open the page giving the customer the incentive. At least that's one way people do it.

Are you pulling this offer from a network? Your AM should be able to give you a general idea of what was working internally for them along with creatives to match. You also want to take a look at the allowed traffic methods. Does it accept email? Display? Search? etc? Figure out what the offer allows first and then work from that. We've seen some of these campaigns setup strictly for email while others allow you to split test between a few methods. If anything, do not run Incentive traffic to a non incentive CPA offer if you want to keep your commissions safe.
