Ways to monetize site with 2,000 Unique views per day?

I own a proxy website which offers people proxy links to bypass blocks to get onto torrent sites. When i first started the site i used Adsense and it was good making $10 per day, and then Google banned my adsense account, not because of it being proxy related because they already paid out months before, but because i copied snippets of articles from other sites and stated the source and link underneath, Google didn't like this. At the moment i'm using PopAds to generate revenue and Bidvertiser, however Bidvertiser pays like $1 a day if that! and PopAds also only makes me $1 a day, $2 a day if i'm lucky.

This site is my primary source of income, it's over a year old and from launch the visitors have grown, however i can't figure out ways to make it pay. If i was getting 20,000 visitors a day PopAds would be awesome and i wouldn't have any problems, but until that day comes when i get that amount of visitors i'm stuck with just the 2,000 uniques per day, almost half of which are returning visitors.

Any help would be appreciated

How about proxy affiliating sites and CPA ads with content locking maybe? The second option though might drop your visitors / day significantly.

since you have visitors from this niche maybe invest money and start your own services for selling proxies, vpn or promote affilate links. i not sure if cpa will work to lock content they will just skip to another free service

I'd make youtube video guides showing them how to make the proxies and use them in multiple ways. There are ways to iframe their traffic and send it to various forms of CPM networks and such.
