What would You do with database dumps of more than 1000 shops? Dumps that coitnains 1mln customers data, 1x mlns of orders data, 1mln products - whole eshops from poland.

Sell those shops some service. Get them online. If they are tech savvy, sell them platform subscription like Shopify.

You should not sell the data to anyone. You should lean to promote offers to them. Just needs information related to mailing etc.
