Wayback machine and copyrights

Have you ever had a problem with copyright infrigment when using a article from wayback machine?

Did you copy paste them or did you spin them before using it?

No. But I always take the text, paste it into a notepad, and then paste it into copyscape and Google's search engine. If nothing comes up from those two sources then I use it.

Worst case you'll get an email from someone telling you to take it down

I am always using articles from expired domain using wayback machine .I never got any copyright massage .Even i have a money site that is created by expired domain article.But before using ,you should make sure that ,your using article must be unique .

none of those articles should be online anymore, should pass copyscape no problem. i get articles from them and they always pass
