I need a better system than my memory to remember where a keywords was last ranked, and a way to track the progress on a few sites with multiple words.

Is there a program that does this , if not how do you organize and keep track?

    Market Samurai can do that.

Rank Tracker can do that. However, the free version does not allow you to save projects, so you'd need a Pro version to track progress.

cuterank is free, lets you track over 100 keywords, but only 1 site for the free version.
