Way to Increase Search count for Instagram Verification

I want to help someone get Instagram Verified. After reading the terms and tricks, it appears one of the main stumbling blocks is what they call notability. Notability simply means persons that are notable and whom people have interest to search about.

So my idea is to increase the search count for this friend by using fake google search bots. I would then increase the searching from small numbers to about 1000 within one month, adding more searches everyday.

Does this make sense?
Will this make google show that the name has the 1,000 daily searches?
I guess Instagram doesnt have a way of finding out if they were fake searches, since they dont have access to google backend

Any recommendation?

Here is the major area Instagram looks at before verifying an account:

Your account must represent a well-known, highly searched for person, brand or entity. We review accounts that are featured in multiple news sources, and we don't consider paid or promotional content as sources for review.

I feel my man is good in all, but I cant say for "Highly Searched for Person"
Are there ways I can increase his search count on Instagram without alerting their systems?
