There are a couple ways you can do this:

    1. Google and use Affiliate Site Quick

    2. Use Iframes

    3. Use software programs like HTTrack Website Copier that download the whole directory of the site you want to clone then upload that local folder to a new domain

    4. View the source code of the website you want to copy and copy the code verbatim into a program like Dreamweaver and mimick their directory structure and download their images from their site to your computer maintaining the directory structure....Also don't forget to copy their css files either.

Ya you can do it but it would be dangerous to clone some one else work. There is a high probability that you will find yourself in a law suit if you attempt to do it.
