I know I have already been through this with a few people but I would like to get the opinions of more of you and would like to hear of your experiences with this.I am in the recipe niche and am currently working on my website and and getting it set up.I have found 300 recipes in which I would like to rewrite, and 300 images which I would like to take the watermark off of each one.

So my first question is,how much do I need to change of the recipe its self.Do I need to completely rewrite it or do I need to change things around a little bit and add a few things here and there to make it different? I would rather not rewrite each recipe from start to finish because that just seems like way to much work.If I have to I will do it because I have already gone this far,why stop now?

Second question would be has anybody had any problems with people complaining about using their images? I intend to take off each water mark on each picture so that I am not loosing any traffic.

Any help would be massively appreciated because I am a bit paranoid I don't want to lose my site.
