I have a very slow and old PC, so the process of watermarking videos on my computer takes up a lot of time and resources.

Is it possible to have it done by some service on server, or a php script that i could install on a website and have it watermarked?

Thanks a lot in advance

I use BSR screen recorder, and you can select your watermark within the options. You could also customise your bar at the bottom to have an image that gets recorded while your recording.

If your looking for an all over screen watermark, i don't know how you would do that, however on BSR, you could set a full size image, and bring the transparency down.

I have heard many great things about BSR as well. My friend has used it for when he needed watermarking done and it looks great. Like a pro did it.

The problem with this is even if its possible you would need to upload and then re-download.. Whats your internet connection like?

I was actually looking for some server sided solution.

Something like, a page i'd upload the videos to, and automatically it would watermark the videos, and then have the link for downloading them watermarked.

There are plenty of online services that provide with video watermarking you don't even have to load your PC with that task

Words can't express how pitiful this reply is. Lucky you're a Jr. VIP or I would have negged.

I think this is not possible because you have very slow PC and it is useless if you use any PHP code for the processing. However if you extend the specification of your PC then it will be speedily watermark the video.

Hope it will help.

To add a watermark, I use VideoSpinBlaster.

click on the "generate video" tab, then click on the "spin existing video" tab, then click on the video you want to watermark, and then click on the watermarked image or text you want included in the video. Process is simple, and pain free.

Online?

If you got a linux vps, you can use FFMPEG :)

Otherwise, you can use videotoolbox.com, good site, but quality will be poorer as on the vps as you can control all of the features ffmpeg offers you ;)
