I think OP is more concerned on how to get an actual craigslist page to page 1 for a keyword rather than the actual keyword
Great question- I don't see any backlinks yet- there is many mentions of the kw in the ad. Maybe not a highly competitive
search phrase?

this is a known tactic for targeting keyword for short-term period eg: sport events , football , soccer etc
by using authority sites / forums
post an article with your keywords + link .. bookmark'em and enjoy the $$

I use to make some bank off of people wanting to watch football online. Clickbank kicked the good sites out though and the pretty much ruined that for me. Also the Superbowl is streamed online for free. Watching it now as a matter of fact. It's pretty well know you can watch it free. Either way. I think I will be selling my sites marketing NFL streams after this year. I use to make $300-$400 a day on popular football days. I made $500 the entire season this year.
