Wasting traffic to my forum? Please Help

I was sending all my traffic to one affiliate making good money!
So I setup my own forum and starting sending my traffic to it.

Now about 85% of people are only staying on the forum for about 5 secs
and my revenue is 10% of what it was

I know forums take time to grow and my forum is growing
every month. But I need to pay bills so please let me know any ways
to convert my traffic? Can you put popups in forums?

You can put popup in forums, but no too many. Work on building the forum traffic by itself and send all your traffic back to the affiliate program.

You need to give away something really good. and make a youtube video of what you are giving away... It's gotta be good... Then when teh contest is over publish the winner of the contest (make sure it's your buddy)
