Don't use any words such as blackhat etc. I'm selling an ebook and my payments got held because the item description has blackhat in it. Don't use any suspicious words in your item descriptions. Just a courtesy warning. Thanks

Possibly PP is putting its faux IM policeman hat on again, just the way it did after it made a whole lot of dough in the past processing MLM and gambling transactions, then hypocritically turning around and banning those categories. Why didn't it return the profit it made from those sales, if they were so wrong? So, after making another bundle over the many BH info products being sold over the web, owner eBay now also wants it to pull the plug on us?

The potential legal complications and how the brand would be seen if they had allegations brought against them is worth much more to them than the revenue of those.

I had one guy pull the "get the product for free by filing a chargeback" ploy and then state in the claim that he didnt realize the product had blackhat elements involved (even though it was clearly stated on my lander). I actually won the claim which surprised the hell out of me. Siding with the seller for digital products is unfortunetely pretty rare.

paypal is loseing its grip that it once had. if ebay didn't purchase paypal we might all be useing a different brand/site.

paypal's old brand and ebay is keeping it alive.

Huh? Paypal wont allow a chargeback on electronic downloads. unless of course the purchaser says it's an illegal book.

basically they told me if the seller doesn't respond, then they'll keep the product "and" the money will get sent back to them. Careless bastards. Also, i hate how the customer service puts on an act like they give a shit when they obviously don't. Unfortunately there's not really an alternative.
