wanted to sart making video tutories, need some tips from experts

Hi,
I know some programming languages, so I will explain on laptop, with my voice and record it, then publish and monotize on youtube.

What are the best tools required to do this, like capturing screen, zooming particular area on screen, and edits.
I want to create a brand of my videos and adding music to it, any tips for that?

Please help me.

Camtasia Studio is perfect for your needs (Recording, zooming & panning , editing).
I would bring the issue of niche saturation to your attention but i assume you already are aware of it.

Agree that its a saturated niche, might be best focusing down on one particular subject so you can really specialise in it and offer something additional to what is already out there.

Also make sure you spend time getting the video looking tip top, write a script as well so that you can speak very clearly and confidently - I think that will help.

Unfortunately, I did not know about issue of niche saturation. Can you please help me how to resolve it?

What i meant by "Niche Saturation" is that the niche you have selected (Programming tutorials) is very saturated. And by saturated i mean there already are many videos uploaded by people who are doing the same thing as you plan to do; hence there will be a lot competition.

If you go on to YouTube and search for "Programming tutorials" you will be presented with thousands of videos. In order to generate views (and eventually profits) for your videos, you will have to outrank these videos (Which will not be easy as the programming niche is dominated by some well known youtubers).

If you choose to go with this niche, follow davids355's advice posted above.

just check how many videos on youtube are about this ... also there is khan academy what is free and awesome .. but if you think you are this good that you can bring something new to the table why not udemy ? you can sell your tutos there.. an probly get more money ( then on youtube )

There are many competitor and might waste your time man but if you can do something different that I don t see at all in youtube may be such as tutorial how to create Social Media like facebook or How to create what app or any famous apllication. Than you could promote it in facebook page , twitter or instagram .
I think this one will work but it is hard as well.
