As the title say I am looking for recommendations for a network that pays weekly and preferably through Payoneer. They should also allow chat traffic and such spammy methods.

Am sorry but just wanted to ask you ...what are the best ways to promote an adult affiliate programmes ? I mean if we go for paid traffic then what sort of ads works or converts the best .please share if you could mate ! Thanks :)
