Want your site into Alexa's top 100,000?

As most of you would be aware, Alexa introduced their new ranking system earlier in the year and now it is very difficult to artificially increase your alexa ranking.

Well, I have found a way.

It is not free unfortunately, but for those flipping sites and selling advertising, this could be a perfect money spinner.

If there is enough demand for something like this, I will put the effort in to organizing it for bhw but otherwise I will let it slide.

It's a bit unconventional, but here goes.

I have access to a high traffic website where I insert a hidden iframe on the site. I'm talking 100k - 300k hits per day with 70% being unique ip. The traffic through the iframe then get's thrown around with .htaccess redirects and will boost alexa rankings through the roof.

I had one site go from just registered (9,000,000 +) to under 200,000 within a couple of weeks. You can use the method yourself but you will need access to traffic.

So the theory of this thread is to see if there is a group of bhw members that want in with something like this.

would depend on the cost involved, but sounds interesting. You should pick someone, do a test with one of their sites, then let them report back with the results.

Isnt alexa rank based on the alexa toolbar users?

I think so. But all I know is this method works.

you can manipulate alexa ranks via iframe?
