I know odesk is a good place but how do you find outsourcers who are reliable and worth the money. Is it just a trial and error process or is there a specific way to finding quality workers? I find is very hard to get ahead when I am still writing articles and doing all kinds of bitch work. Any tips would be super helpful.

I would say go to freelancer and post a job, be extremely specific about what you want, how you will communicate, how they will be paid, etc.
I assume you want to eliminate having to write your articles so you will be posting article jobs, so tell them how you will want your articles designed, keywords, LSI's, titles, short descriptions, how many words, how many articles you will want, just be real specific. wait for the offers to roll in then contact the ones you feel will be able to do the job you want, and ask for a test run with only a couple articles at a lower rate. and there are a ton of people out there that write articles, so yes there will be some trial and error, so you'll have to get a test run from a few people and then choose the best one to your standards.
There are also quite a few freelancer/odesk type sites out there so you can do this at each adn when your done you will have at least 1 or 2 writers from each site, you'll have your own article writeing team, provided you can afford it :)

    to your success.

    Please complete this hiring form:
    https://suresume.wufoo.com/forms/hiring-information/

Please also complete this Writing Test:
    https://suresume.wufoo.com/forms/writing-test/

This job will be full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (20 hours/week). Flexible schedule for work hours.

    Personal Assistant - Tasks:
    - Email: Read and respond.
    - Phone Calls: Call people for me.
    - Video Chat: Meet with me on Skype or Google Hangout.
    - Scheduling: Make appointments for me using Google Calendar.
    - Web Research: Use Google to find information and submit this to me using Google docs.

P.S. have them complete the links above, then you can see which ones are right for the job, according to their writing test abilities, in this method you can eliminate spammers and incompetent people. :)

I used Odesk for a while with no luck... only tried a few guys though. I looked for people ONLY specializing in what I was looking for, being as targeted as possible and still no luck.

I've had decent success on onlinejobs . ph

great rates and the couple of guys I've tried using the same common sense method have resulted in good assistance. hope that gives you another avenue.

I find my freelancers on freelancer.com and odesk

You will have headaches and you will waste a lot of time dealing with incompetent people and time wasters, but eventually you will find your crew and then you are golden.

    Good luck with the research!

I use some of the people on the Buy/Sell Services forum right here on BHW to outsource some of my link building activities. For article writing there are actually a couple of quite good people on Fiverr. I had to go through a lot of crap suppliers to find the small number of good ones but it was worth it.
