    Hi guys,

    My website is http://www.seoservice.cc/

I am selling seo services in this website. For last three months I got many orders (more than 4k I guess).

If some one have like 4 persons to work for them, this site can bring a lot of $$$$.

I want to sell this site because I need some quick cash to invest in another project.

I see many flipping experts here. I have never sold a site before. So, have following questions.

    1. Do you think anyone would be interested in buying this business site?
    2. How much I can get, if it can sell?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Napster

4,000 purchases or $4,000 in sales?

As for how much you can get, it seems the general rule of thumb is 'monthly profit x 12-15 months of revenue'.

The best thing for you to do would be making the business as passive as possible, i.e. outsourcing (and training) some staff that would be capable of doing all the work necessary, and in this case it would definitely sell.

If you sell the business as it is (the new owner would have to not only manage orders but also provide the services) then it's highly unlikely that you'll be able to get a price higher than a few months' net revenue.

What forums? I see you have it in your signature on this one, but do you have threads and stuff on others?

I think you can sell for quite a bit, but $4k over 3 months isn't amazing. Just find someone to outsource to really cheap off odesk or elance. Try and get some extra traffic sources so that buyers will know for sure that they will be able to carry on getting the traffic and sales after they purchase it.

I would be very interested in buying your website Napster but I would like to know a few things. Have all your customers jobs been completed and do any of them have subscriptions ongoing right now? Would I inherit the team you have doing the job right now so I can be fully operational right away?

    Hey-
With a professional opinion with 4000 in sales in SEO anything is up for grabs. For SEO sites it all depends on if the work can be transferred to another owner and everything goes smooth. If it can do that then 5000-15000. If not and its just some friends of yours then 2000. If you need help selling hit me up! :)
