The Dota 2 tournament is taking place at this moment. The prize pot? $18,000,000. Yes that number is correct. 18 million dollars for a video game.

This is going to be a short method you've probably used before that implements the Facebook groups method.

Join gaming groups and Dota fan pages. Use whatever automation software you're using and send people to your fake livestream page. At that point, they do your survey and you make bank. You could add something like a viral jacker to make even more.

If you do make some money, post your earnings here.

You're more likely to bank on the finals which is on Saturday. Good luck and good earnings!

Usually only suckers fall for the fake livestreams. Gamers are usually pretty tech savvy and know what to avoid.

Also, won't most Dota fans be watching for free on twitch already?

Tell me it won't work after you tried it.

Maybe you guys are saying it won't work because you're implementing it yourselves!

    Hello,

I am not a MOBA fan (DOTA or LOL), but I know you can watch it on Twitch. Or I will go on their site.

But I thought of a small twist: it's the dota tournament, so there is a lot of hype, right? Take the name of the players, or the name of the teams, and search for videos with scandals, revelations, cheats, ...

(There are videos: I made a small search, I found some).

Then, when a team is playing, you can say on Facebook DOTA groups: "Oh My God, X from Team Y has cheated/made revelations/... Click on the link to see the video"

Then, on your site with the survey and a true video.

People LOVE gossip about people they watch.

    What do you think?

no, just because the audience doesn't fit this kind of monetization.

    ^This.

I´m sure you can make money with it, but you need to find the really dumb ones (like mostly kids or just stupid people).

    This sounds really good.
So you can cover it with a link shortner on facebook/twitter and they come to your landing page where they need to do a survey or so to see the video (which does not exist).
