I'd ask on the Warrior but I'll get a more honest answer here.

Let's get the $ sorted out first, is say $2000 per month a reasonable and realistic aim from affiliate marketing? I have time if it takes a year to build up so be it.

I'm terms of resources I can put in some cash and I have a professional experienced developer/programmer to hand and I just SEO'ed (thanks BH Forum) my site to google pos 1.

So how do I learn affiliate marketing?

Can you point me to any articles, threads, books or what ever? Were do I start?

    Thanks aamcle

What aspect of Affiliate marketing do you not understand?

It's pretty broad you can make money with Craigslist, Running PPC or PPV campaigns, Banner ads, Youtube or any major video site.

$2000 per month is very doable, but do not think it will happen overnight or even in the next month.

How do you learn affiliate marketing? Just do it!! Take the site you just pushed to number one and start monetizing it. Find products within that niche and start promoting. You will then find what works and what does not for that site. Once you start seeing some conversions with this site, start working another site. Also remember that two sites (even in the same niche) will be completely different in what works and what does not.

    Good luck
