I believe you're looking for the Site Flipping section and THIS thread specifically, but if it's just the domain without any profits it's not worth any more than the registration cost.

Based on what ?
Normal business is valuated based on its capital, income, profits, cost of acqusition, etc.
Domains are mostly worthless unless
1. Generate traffic
2. Has great backlinks
3. Makes money
Tell us about traffic, how are you genereting it, what is the cost of acquisition, retention, ROI of campaigns, average spending per client per year, etc.
Without some basic financial information about your business I cannot help you at all with a valuation.

If this domain is not making any money, then I don't think it's worth more than registration charge. You can still pitch some web development companies as this is ideal for them.
Otherwise make some money on it, recurring income and this can sell for good price.

That actual domain name isn't worth anything. If it has backlinks/traffic then it's a diff story.
If you're going to flip domain names, then start out buying some that have backlinks. With hand registering you're going to need to register thousands before making any profit.
