1 what is domain parking

You have domains that are idle, but have traffic to the domain.
Sign up to some parking company, point your domain's dns to the parking company.
The parking company will show ads, and if your traffic clicks those ads, you get a share of the revenue.

2 which company run it

sedo*.com and those listed previously. There are many.

3 what do i need.

Obviously you need domains that have existing traffic.
You cannot 'drive' traffic to those domains or faked clicks. If the parking company finds out, your earnings will be gone and you'll be banned.

if you dont want to pay anything, you can use free domain parking.
i always use this SEOPARKING.COM
with this, all my domain will be generated by seoparking content. all automated. all you need to do just a domain name with TLD (top level domain) like .com, net, org or info, cn, etc, and change the dns server to seoparking. Beside that prepare your domain description, including title, description, keyword and the category. done. just be creative to make your domain blog eye catching, professional.

I just checked that site seoparking.com and it says 100% revenue sharing and looks more than a parking site.. so what's the catch from them?

I believe you can park domains at google now and they show adsense. I think its called "adsense for domains"..... how imaginative !!

Yeah! When people tried like this kind of "Adsense for Domains" couple of years back and google said "no, no" and now time tells them, come on lets ourself make a "Made For Adsense"

So how do you actually get traffic going to the parked domain if it's one you just bought 30sec ago or with no prior traffic?

WH wise, you don't. You buy a good quality domain that someone could want(so you can sell it) and that allows for natural type in and such.

BH wise, you drive some traffic to your seemingly-looking amazing domain name. Not much per domain though, otherwise expect the ban hammer.
