Want to hire newbies

I am starting up an outsourcing company after the first of the year and want to put together my team. I am interested in getting newbies started, but not interested in getting burned. So, if you have an expertise and would like to be considered for my team, please contact me with what you are good at and how long you have been doing it. You need to be over 18 and have good English. You have a couple more months to become active here on the forums as well. I will choose those who are the most motivated to make money. Hope to hear from you! :D

Tempting offer. However when you say you are outsourcing, it almost seems to me that you want to sit back while others work for you.
And that to me is definitely not something worth doing. BH's should be leveraging anytime and everytime. That being said, I might be interested in Jan.
I would be interested to know what you are offering though. Can you give me details offboard? Might be able to give fine tune it if possible.
I am all about Leverage. If there is good money involved, motivation is not a problem.

You can find plenty of them in Digital Point, just pop over there and look for some Indian workers, they're the easiest to get for about $10 for about 5 hours.

Those who know me know that I will work my ass off for myself and anyone else who I am involved with professionally or personally. If you don't like the idea, or think that I am somehow "ripping someone off"....then please save your keystrokes...you obviously don't understand what I am doing. I am doing something that (as far as I know) no one else is doing. I am giving newbies a chance to show their stuff and to gain experience. I don't plan on anyone doing anything for nothing. And, the last thing I would ever do is "sit back and let others do my work for me"....that's not what I'm about. In fact, I can promise anyone anywhere that I will be working harder than ANYONE else will on this venture.

I only want to surround myself with a team of professional, positive people...so if you are not that kind of person...I can tell you that you won't fit well with this team.

I'm not necessarily looking for "cheap workers"....but rather newbies from this forum who are trying to get going. I owe a lot to this forum and want to give back to it...

That was not intentional to say that you are not working yourself. I am all for teamwork as long as everyone is putting in their work. So many people come here looking for cheap labour, trying to get things done for pennies. While I am all for cutting costs to get work done and maximise profits, I myself would not work for doing top work at dirt cheap price.

If your offer is fair, count me in. I am all for hard work and making good money.
 
You're looking for newbies... but they must have an expertise? I don't quite understand what you're looking for...
 
i am complete newbie.but im up to data entry and else..
am i qualified enough?
 
If i am not mistaken she meant newbie but good in an area, doesnt mean they gotta be expert in that area... :) I have no skills... interested? lol..
