want to hire mentor!

Hi there. i just noticed that a new site is in the making but its not working properly when i last cheked it, so i was thinking why not try to post here instead.

Any how my deal is this, You will be my mentor and help me with how to start things up when it comes to making money the blackhat way. In return i will give you 75% off all my earnings. Does this sounds fair? or is it impossibe to work for these conditions. please feel free to tell me if i chould change anything or if this just is a bad idea...
