Want to hire a guest post opportunity seeker

I'm looking for someone who has past experience in finding sites who are looking for guests post then writing an article for that site related to my niche (my site) for that site.
So you need to:

- Find sites who will accept a guest post. They might have a 'write for us' section

- Be able to write a good quality article relevant to their site, and my site. You need a bit of writing creativity for this part, to bridge topic. (e.g. my site related to a jobs, career, education, etc
