Want to get into video mobile market.

I'd like to get into mobile sites for videos (also adult videos) but don't know how to start it. I'd like to know is how to build a site where mobile visitors can see videos and, off course, how can I monetize them.

I found some resouces searching on google, also some tube script with it's own mobile version like acetube and automagik (I don't like this last one).

Can someone give me some suggestion on how to get into mobile traffic and money?
