Want to ask How to check website price? is there any legit service ?
The probably with most services like is that they presume websites are websites.
If a website is making money. it's a business.
If it's a business, the only way you can tell the price is by looking at the balance sheet. I.e how much is it generating, what are the costs?
Traffic, design etc aren't strong enough indicators.
Most people value a website on a monthly revenue multiplier. Take your net revenue and multiple by 6-36 and you'll usually find a buyer in that range.
I have a valuation thread going in the site flipping section (see the stickies) which is free and I'll be able to give you a pretty good idea what it's worth.
Automated sites are worthless.
If you have a site with solid revenues (over $100k a year) then you could speak to a number of brokers and most will give you a free valuation. Lower than that, most won't bother replying.
