Want someone to improve website speed

hello.
I am looking for someone who is pro at WordPress and drastically improve the loading speed and time of my WordPress website
You need to be a pro at optimizing script and CSS. Removing all the errors,bug script codes etc
The usual basic level will not work.
for example like image compression as such, I can do that too.
PM me if you have some time. Won't take more then 2-3 hours i guess if you know what you have to do it.
