I have way to many projects going but this site has showed some good promise and made some money with very little marketing. The site is freestuffinatlanta.com and I have them for a lot of other cities as well. I have done all the hard part and I have the method to drive traffic which has worked great. I need someone for each site that I already have and some guys to run some sites in cities I have not set up yet. I cost $47 to set up each site with the software and all the plugins and content. If someone wants to pay the $47 I will provide the site with content and we set it up with either your paypal account or we can create one just for this site we both have access to. You pay the $47 and we split 60/40 with you keeping 60%.
The great thing is the membership fees only being $3.95 most users never cancel their membership. Several of these sites have about 40 to 50 members with very little marketing. It takes about 3 to 5 mins per day to do enough marketing to drive 50 to 100 visitors per day. Sites should make about $300 a month between memberships and CPA offers.
