Want domain marketplace script done...

Hi, I would like to hire someone to build me a basic domain marketplace script. I was thinking of it as php/mysql script, but now I saw one made with drupal. That made me thinking - can it be built on wordpress? I saw many decent classified sites on WP, why not domain marketplace?

What do you think?

PS: This is not "hire" thread, I am not hiring anyone, I am asking what do you think of my idea to hire someone to build such a script based on Wordpress script?
