Want a home for your BH traffic and get paid twice weekly / daily?

We've been flirting with the idea for some time now. As long time affiliates with access to virtually every major offer in the industry on super fast payment terms (prepay, daily, twice weekly, etc), we've considered setting up a place for blackhatters (no fraud traffic, think IG, FB, Craigslist, etc) to send their volume and not have to worry about getting accounts shut down, and get super fast payments.

Would anyone be interested in something like this? Or is there already an abundance of options available that have no issues with BH traffic?

Not trying sound like a dick, but hasn't this already been attempted like multiple times. Maybe not on BH but other places?

I'm sure it has, and if we did it, it'd be incredibly selective with who we let in, and we'd have to verify that there's no fraud going on. Traffic quality would have to be solid, and be going to advertisers that we know personally that are cool with accepting it. I think maybe that's been the previous disconnect - people setting up "networks" and driving blackhat traffic to brokered offers from other networks, and then never getting paid themselves, and that's it for them. Just opening dialogue
