Really depends on if you want 'real' likes or just a bloated page. If you don't care about real people just buy a few gigs from fiverr and that will get you lots of likes. If you want real people following your page I'd say from my experience that 100k in 24 hours is pretty tough.

If its instagram, then its possible to have 100k followers sent to your profile within about 60 minutes. For fake followers that is.
If you want real followers, then its possible to get around 2-4k per day. They dont come cheap though.
