VPS or Reseller - Want to move from current shared hosting account

Presently Iam using Hostgator shared hosting business plan. Now I get 5 new clients they owned 10 to 25 websites and autoblogs each. I want to give free hosting to my clients. No need to give cpanel every client to manage their websites. Just host their websites in my hosting.

I want to move from my shared hosting plan. Please give me some suggestions on reliable hosting providers for reseller / vps. Also Which one is best, Reseller hosting or VPS? for me. Thanks in advance.

It's a question on how much resources you need to give them.
Reseller hosts will (probably) have a few more bells and whistles that makes billing your customers easier.

Hostgator offers reseller hostings as an example. Just make some calculations on what you will need. Then simply research vpses ^^.
